I purchased a freezer from Gorman Bros and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Lauren was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I recently purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator/ freezer, microwave and a Thermador range from Gorman Bros for a kitchen remodel, and I was very pleased! The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Lauren helped my husband and I by answering all our questions and guiding us to appliances we have been loving for the past few months. The delivery was on time and installed correctly. One of the pieces was damaged in transportation, but the service team ordered and installed the new part quickly. My kitchen looks and performs great and I'm glad to know a trusted Gorman Bros service person will come out in the event one of the appliances fails to work. I highly recommend Gorman Bros for all of your appliance needs!

Currently building a new home and just finished picking out my appliances at Gorman Bros. I have not yet had the appliances installed so I can’t comment on that side of things, but I believe reviewing local distributors customer service is important. I communicated with several people here, Doug, Ryan, and Donna, all of which were very nice and helpful, especially Donna. She was so patient with me through the process and answered all of my questions, helped me with suggestions and even offered advice on the best quality for the dollar amount instead of trying to sell me the most expensive piece on the floor. As a business owner in Ascension I can appreciate the care these folks are putting into their customer experiences, I’ll update the rest of this review once installation is complete! We have been through a nightmare with washers and dryers at our office. We have been through 3 used sets in 5 years. After the 3rd one bit the dust we decided to buy new. Went to Lowe’s. Was told it would be delivered in 7-10 days. That turned into a month. We finally get the machine and it didn’t work. They wanted to repair it. We said “no, come and get it”. I then called Lauren at Gorman Brothers. She was extremely helpful. I was able to do everything over the phone. Never even had to step foot in the store! Delivered the next day! It’s beautiful and works like a charm! Thank you Lauren!!!!
